Christmas Festival Weekend (29 November-1 December)
The festive season in Leighton-Linslade kicks off with a Christmas market, food stalls, light switch on and firework display. Live music, a funfair and the Santa Dash will also feature over the weekend. Organised by Leighton-Linslade Town Council.
Santa Float (December)
The Santa Float (along with elves) travels through Leighton-Linslade, delighting children of the town and fundraising for charity. Santa receives his final send-off from Leighton Buzzard High Street on Christmas Eve. Organised by the Rotary Club and Buzz Radio.

May Day Fayre
Celebrate the Bank Holiday in Leighton Buzzard (High Street and Parson’s Close Recreation Ground), with side shows, fairground, community stalls and arena events. Organised by the Rotary Club.
Music in the Park (June to September)
Live music throughout the summer months in Parson’s Close Recreation Ground and Linslade Recreation Ground. Organised by Leighton-Linslade Town Council.
Buzzstock Music Festival (July)
Leighton Buzzard’s biggest party – a family friendly tribute act festival held over two days in a meadow located by Stanbridge Road. Organised by Buzzstock.
Leighton-Linslade Carnival (July)
The decorated carnival floats follow the procession route, collecting for charity, before ending their trip at the Parson’s Close Recreation Ground where the winners are announced. A fun day out for local residents with live entertainment, funfair and food stands. This year’s theme is Fairy Tales. Organised by Leighton-Linslade Carnival Committee.
Linslade Canal Festival (July)
The popular one-day Canal Festival will return to Tiddenfoot Waterside Park. The festival celebrates and highlights canal life, conservation, the countryside and traditional rural crafts. Organised by Leighton-Linslade Town Council.
The Big Lunch (TBC)
Celebrate not only local food and produce, but food from all around the world. Organised by Leighton-Linslade Town Council.
Open Gardens (TBC)
Two events showcasing a number of private gardens in Leighton Buzzard and Linslade. Purchasing a Garden Entry Programme gives access to these gardens whilst also raising funds for charity. Organised by Leighton Buzzard & Linslade Open Gardens.
